The darkweb is does not hold the secrets of the world. Most of it is drug forums and scams. I would suggest searching on forums for news that is not shared on the clearnet. You can start by using a tor browser won safest mode with javascript turned off. Search for forums on Ahmia, an onion search page. Look for different forums and find out news but be careful of scams and phishing.
