On cmd pannel chkdsk commands can't be working

to use software You will have to have another PC to recover you cant use recovery software on the same exact PC that contains the Hard drive/ [unless you have more than 1 HDD instilled but it looks like a laptop so i doubt you have 2 hard drives inside]
since its showing Raw which mean it a decent HDD failure maybe a bad sector, even if you have another pc you can use there is still a chance its to corrupt to repair and all is lost.
