V2 is already in any way, they are disabled. V3 via ip scan. If the site is raised on standard ports, then it can be found, but TOR can be raised on some non-standard port, then the chance of finding it is greatly reduced.
- No, you can't track ip in tor/onion. (I have a portscanner that will post later that scan on port 80 for any range of ips).
- You only can track on tor/onion if the user is using tor browser and you have a chain of exploits.
