This is not a "private" method.

Alot of nonsense to do an EXTREMELY simple task

This is just using standard linux commands in the Cygwin environment.

Its akin to installing a whole virtual machine so you can us its text editor ...retarded

using Cat and grep are in no way shape or form a private method. These are standard file manipulation commands

In windows this "private" method is as simple as

type file1.txt file2.txt > combined.txt

To search for specific stings in a bunch of files in a directory

findstr /SPIN "search_string" C:\some_directory\*.txt >> found.txt

no cygwin needed
